Raising Finance

We have worked with a wide range of businesses to raise the finance they need on the best terms available. This work has involved working with the full range of equity, loan and asset based finance providers. Our role typically includes some or all of the following:

• Helping to prepare the Business Plan and financial projections.
• Advice on the most appropriate funding structure (bank loan, venture capital, business angels, asset based funding, grants etc).
• Introductions to appropriate funding providers.
• Support in negotiating with funding providers.
• Project managing the process through to completion including due diligence and legal agreements where appropriate.
